Australia - Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100 or more | Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100 - We ship with Fastway, TNT, Couriers Please & Star Track for orders within Australia.
You can expect your order to arrive between 1- 5 full business days (after dispatch) depending on where you are shipping to. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays by couriers due to lost in transit. Delays can be expected in busy periods before Christmas.
International - Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on all orders $300 or more | Flat rate of $40 for orders under $300 - - We ship with DHL Worldwide Express.
We can ship to many countries using DHL (please check country list above). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote addresses. The approximate delivery time is between 3 – 5 business days depending on the country of destination. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. For deliveries in December please be aware that there can be delays due to the increased mail service before Christmas. Cocolux Australia is not responsible for any delays at this time and returned or refused orders will be charged a handling & original shipping costs on all International orders.
Delivery to an International address may require the consignee to pay additional fees such as duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. You should check with your local government agency for details.
All such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Cocolux Australia.
After orders are shipped, Cocolux Australia will send you via email your tracking number and the link to your parcel. Delays due to customs issues are out of Cocolux Australia's control. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched nor do we have any control over international customs or import duties and shipping times. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, incorrect delivery details, order changes, stock availability or errors.
When We Ship
In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will normally be dispatched the next business day. During the pre Christmas period from 1st December until Christmas there maybe a slight dispatch delay due to excessive orders.
Please note that there maybe a delay in shipping before Christmas due to couriers being inundated with deliveries. This is beyond Cocolux Australia control and must be followed up with the courier company and is not something we can control.
