Cocolux Australia - Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted (EXCLUDING SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED) up to 30 days from date of purchase. All returned products including boxes must be in the condition that they were sent in. Ensure all boxes are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customers responsibility and may result in a fee.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return into our logistics warehouse for processing. Please keep in mind all return requests will be processed in the order as they were received. We cannot make any changes or process the return until we receive the returned goods.
All packages must be sent via a trackable method depending on the country where its sent from. Cocolux Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.
